Hi,
My petition was approved in Feb 2012 and got RFE in august 2012 during the visa interview. And then I have submitted the requested documents to USCIS in Novemeber 2012 and found the status as "Initial Review" with comments as "On August 15, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER that you filed. Please check our website for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.".
Now,
1. May I know if my case can be considered as Cap exempt if another employer is willing to file visa for me now?
2. What doe that status mean? Is it about the Employer's address change or my address change? What needs to be done for this?
Thanks,
Das.
