Query on filling up DS-160 for H4

I am filling up DS-160 for my wife and child (h4).

I am currently in US and my family went back to India last week. I will be going to India on December and we all will go for visa stamping together.

Now my question is

what should i mention in the "Is any of your relative in US?" section for my wife and "Is your father is in US" for my daughter.

one more question, what will be the occupation for H1B.
I am a software engineer with BTech degree. Will it be "Computer Science" or "Engineering" or "Others" and mention my designation with others.
