Visa Stamping While The Extension Is Already Filed

Hi,

Need your kind advice!

Facts:
1. My H1-B extension ends in first week of Sep 2014.
2. Right now, I do not have a valid visa stamped.
3. I need to travel to India for a month in July 2014.
4. Also, I need to apply for my further H1-B extension in April / May 2014 as my current one will be ending in the first week of Sep 2014.
5. I do not expect that my next extension will be provided before I return to USA which is at the end of July 2014.
6. So, while I am in India in July 2014, my current H1-B extension would remain valid whereas by then I would apply for my H1-B extension as well.


Questions:
1. Will it be an issue to get my visa stamped in India in July 2014 as my current H1-B extension will be over by the first week of Sep 2014?
2. Will I be provided my new visa stamping till the date when I finish my 6 years on H1-B? Or, it will be till the date in the first week of Sep 2014?
3. Is there a time limitation, say, I must enter the USA at least before 2 or 3 months of my current H1-B extension expiry date which is in the first week of Sep 2014?
4. What are the other alternatives? Does joining another firm help in anyway here?

Yeah, i would be a little wary if i was going for stamping when my petition was valid for a couple of more months. I think when you apply for extension in April 2014, you should get a couple of more years in extension. You should travel with that I797. It would be much more safer then. Your stamp will carry the date which is on your I797, so it will be best if you carried the latest I797 (which would be the one in response to your extension that you will be filing in April 2014).
