Photo in OFC

Can anyone help me regarding photos when we have OFC appointment.
One of the member said that he had photos with spex. But in OFC, they asked photo without spex.
So he went ot and took new photo. I am also using spex.
Can anyone help me, do I need o take photo without spex?
Please reply me soon as I am having appointment this week.

If i remember, the picture needs to be without glasses. You should be able to find instructions on the same.
