Hi,
I have H1-b visa currently with me (from January 2011 to 31st,December 2013). I am still with the same company and we have applied for h1-b visa extension so I will get I-797 (for extension) in month or so. I am planning to go India in this end of November 2013.
My question is, do I need to take an appointment for personal interview of my h1-b renewal process? Or only finger prints appointment is ok?
I am with the same company as on previous H1-B and also doing the almost same things.
Please advise/help me on this ASAP.
