Is there any location to perform the pithrukriya rites for the departed soul in California ? My father passed away 10 months ago and I am hoping to offer the pithrukriya rites (bali karma) for the first anniversary of his death. In India people offer death rites on every year in places where there is sea or in pilgrims. Please let me know if anybody knows any details.
