hi I was on H4 status from 1st oct my status changed to H1b. Now I dont have any pay stub from current employer. Can I transfer my H1b visa now, to other employer? does other employer will get REF asking for the pay stub from my previous employer?

Many times, the USCIS asks for 3 month pay stubs for transfer of H1B. Since you have not completed 3 months, you can give whatever pay stubs you have. Check with your new employer as well.

H1B Transfer interview questions
My name is Arun Menon and I currently working in India for an leading
Software company.
I already have an H1B visa which was filed from my previous company
and is valid till 2014 May.
Due to certain situations I was unable to travel to US through my
previous employer.
After that I got an offer from the company which I am presently
working now who agreed to transfer my VISA and they also have
initiated my visa transfer process.
My question is what are the possible questions that I might come
across at the time of interview at the consulate.
Will it be same as the regular H1B interview?
Please advise.
