H1B Extension Documents Required
Hi,
I have a Employer Vendor Client Model.
I have an MSA from the Vendor when I had starterd working 5 months back and it is date of Dec 2013.
I have got client and Vendor letter stating my services will be extended.
Do I need to have a new MSA with Vendor with new dates on it ? or Are the original MSA and the current client and Vendor letters(with new dates) sufficient for filing H1B extension.
Please share your experiences and advices.
