H1B revoke

Hi,

I'm currently working in US and my recently my current project got over.
My current employer is not willing to look for the new project and asking me to go back to India.
Also my employer is saying that he will be revoking my H1B visa.

My question is if my employer revoke my H1B visa and I went back to India.
After sometime If I come back on H4 visa through my spouse.
Can I re-apply for the H1B visa and still use the remaining left years of my H1B visa without filing a new H1B visa.

Yes. You can absolutely come back and revive this H1B petition. You can come on H4 and do a Change of Status. You could also find someone from India and make them directly file your H1B.
