H1 Consular Notification - Travel Question

Hi,

I have my H1 approved in CONSULAR NOTIICATION mode. My new job with H1 starts in Jan second week of 2014. I am currently in L1 and have to travel to India in November. When I come back to US in November, can I can use my L1 to enter to US? I will be travelling to India again in Dec end to get my H1 stamped.

Please let me know if I can use my L1 to enter to US after by Nov trip.
