Just wana double check with my doubts please clarify if any one has time.
Right now my finance is living in UK as work permit coming Dec plan to go India and get marriage the following scenario arise.
1. Due to heavy traffic in Chennai consulate can I ask her go to American embassy in UK?
2. In 2003 I had lay off couple of months nowadays counselor checking all W2'S and Tax return’s incase if they reject her H4 will they touch anything her UK visa? Co'z if they reject her h4 I plan to go UK as a dependent through her work permit.
3. Incase if they reject her H4 can I go to UK embassy in USA to get stamp?
