Question on I-94 related to my case

Dear All,

I came to USA thru employer A on january 2013 and by then my validity of documents were as follows

H1B - dec 31st 2013
visa - dec 31st 2013
I-94 - jan 14th 2014

by june of this year I changed my employer from a to b and got h1b transferred and my validity of new h1b was extended till september 2014.

I am not sure if I need to extend my I-94, which will expire on dec 2013 . can I stay in usa after it expires ?

What do you mean "validity of new H1B was extended" ? Did you get a new I797? If it was approved, the bottom half of the new I797 should also have the new I-94 too.
