1) Mostly H1 B approve or reject with small LLC company?
2)Any problem with H1 B visa-stamping through small LLC company?
3) Mostly what happens in this case while visa-stamping?

As long as company is genuine, paying as per norms, not having any bad track record and either have a direct project or a clear defined end-client agreement, I dont see any issues. Where many consultancies fail is when the immigration authorities ask for proof of client letter. Suppose company X files H1 petition for you saying they have work for your skill set with Client Y. Then USCIS/Consular officers would want a proof of agreement between X and Y in the form of a Client letter stating that your services are required by Y for so and so duration.

If you are not able to provide this letter on client's letter head the H1 can be rejected.
