    When do they need the graduation degree for H1 Visa?

    Hey, I've found an employer who is ready to petition a job for me.

    I want to know when exactly does USCIS need my bachelor?

    Because I'm still a student at the university and my bachelor will not be ready till the next July.

    So can he petition for me this April or I have to wait for the year after that?
