I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and graduated 3 months back. I am currently on OPT and plan to change from F1 (OPT) to H4 dependent visa. My husband is on H1B.I will be applying for the H4 visa this week.
Just need to verify the documents - I-539 filled, passport, I-94, visa (all these - both mine and hubby's), I-20, EAD card, marriage certificate, H1B approval receipt of my husband, 3 pay stubs.
Do I also need I-134 (affidavit of support)?
