H4 stamping process at Mumbai consulate?

Hi,

If somebody has recently gone through H4 process at Mumbai consulate then kindly let me know the following..

1] Questions asked...
2] In how many days you received passport back..
3] Is is necessary to have barcodes on application form? In our case applications are already submitted and without barcodes. Should we carry new documents with barcodes...

Is 5 working days a safe period for booking tickets.

Any information on this would be highly appreciated...
