H1B transfer while in india without having amendment

Hi all,

Can you clarify my question about h1b transfer?

My situation:
I have initial I797B approval notice (dated Sep 2012) and
I have another I797A approval notice(dated Jan 2013),
but I dont have I797A approval notice (dated March 2013), this is the latest approval notice, my current company did not share this document with me.

So, is it really possible to do H1B transfer without having latest I797A approval notice?

Please help me answering this question.
