Travel advisory after 1 year of 221g admin processing
Hi,
I appeared for H1-B extension visa interview on Nov 1, 2012. It was put under 221g admin processing till September 20, 2013. In March I was formally transferred to company's Indian operation and H1-B visa was never revoked with the intention of returning back to previous position. I was on US payroll till March and next 3 months were unpaid leave. I joined same company in India in June with Indian payroll.
Since I got the clearance recently I am in a process of joining back on my same old H1-B.
So my question is what documents are required for Immigration at port of Entry. Also for my newborn are the same documents valid for H4 interview? What supporting documents shall I ask from the Company?
