Hi,
My max out on employment based visas is by January 2014. As my GC I 140 was approved I have got my H1 I 94 until March 2015.
Now I am planning for a vacation trip to India and need to do stamping there as I have old L1 visa on my passport which was expired back on 2010.
Can I get the H1 visa for the same duration which I have the H1 I 94 for? Will be less or rejected as my max out date (if I don't consider GC processing) is in 2 months?
