H1 visa ds 160 retieval

I completed ds 160 for myself and initiated my wife's ds 160 as family application. but system crashed and now I can not retrieve the ds 160 for her. it says last name and date of birth doesn't match.
can I start the new ds 160?
But it wont be under the family application. please advice.
