Valid Marriage Certificate for H4 VISA

Hi - I am going for registered court marriage in Uttar Pradesh and have my spouse VISA interview in Mumbai, can any help me with the template that is been acceptable as a Marriage Certificate.

If the marriage certificate is in Hindi, is there is any affidavit format we need ?
