Need Information : Updates to DS 160

I have already submitted DS 160 and have an upcoming visa interview appointment for H1B visa in next 2 weeks. DS 160 has a question “ Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the US ?“ to which I have answered ‘No’. My brother who works in India is about to visit US on his B1 visa for an urgent Business trip and he will be in US on the day of my appointment.

1) Do I need to re-fill/update my DS 160 ?
2) What is the procedure to change DS 160 application for a scheduled interview?

Please let me know, if someone was in a similar situation .
