  • H1B - Visa Stamping Process - Guidance Needed

    Hello All,

First all, thanks to anyone who take the time to read this.

Came to US as a student on F1 ( stamped on my now expired passport). I have the passport renewed.

After F1, i have a couple of H1B's but none were stamped on my passport (new and old).

Now that I want to visit India for 2 weeks, what should be my next steps ?

I believe I need to get my current H1B visa stamped on my new passport. Do I need anything else ? What is the procedure to get this done ? Any guidance would be helpful ?

    Thank you very much,

    Zaarch

      Thanks Raghvi.

However I dont need an H1B renewal. My existing H1B is good till mid 2015. I just dont have any H1B visa stamped on my passport as I have never left US.

      Zaarch.
