Visa transfer is possible if i am in INDIA ?

Hi All,

Please provide me some guidance, as I am very new for this.

I am working for YYYY company which is based from INDIA, here I am H1B visa and valid till 2015. But Due to personal & project situation I am planning to move out. But I would like to work in USA.

So I want to know few information like,

1. After I travel to INDIA, will VISA TRANSFER to new YYYY company is possible ?
2. Do I need to go for stamping again though I have vaild visa and new I797 ?
3. Do we have any legal problems ?

Please kind pour your experience if you have as similar to this.

1. Yes if you can find an employer to do so.
2. You would a new I797 but no need of going for new visa stamping.
3. None that I see based on the information you have provided.
