H1B transfer and amendment as the same time

Greetings everyone,

My current employer is filing an H1B amendment due to transfer of office(location change). I have received a job offer which I have accepted. The new employer is filing an H1B transfer. Both H1B amendment and transfer will take place in the next month.

1) Does this cause any problem with my H1B transfer?
2) If it does should I ask my current employer to wait for filing an H1B amendment for office transfer?(This may create doubts for my current employers.) OR
should I let my new employer know about this situation and ask for their legal departments advice?(Which may create complications for my new employment)

Please help. I am in a limbo. not sure what should I pursue or sleep on this.

H1B transfer and amendment as the same time

If you like to move to your new employer, then ask them to process the transfer in premium mode and get the result in 15days. If it's get approve and if you are still willing to move to them, then submit your resignation with the current employer.

H1 amendment would cost almost 3000$ To your current employer (Not sure though) and it can be easily avoided if you plan correctly.

This is my opinion.
