Hi,
My initial H1-B got an RFE and after responding to the RFE we got a denial because USCIS thought I would be working on the client's location and not at the consultancy's office themselves.
We applied for a motion to re-open with client letters and additional proof on the 18th of October. Yesterday on the 1st of November I got 2 LUD's on the old case number and the new case number. here are the statuses of both:
Old Case Number:
Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity
On November 1, 2013, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER, was reopened. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
New Case Number:
Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity
On November 1, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I290B NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
Can anyone shed some light on the possible outcome? Does this mean that they just approved the motion to re-open and the officer at USCIS is now looking at my file to make a decision? Or did they already made a decision and are going to send the final decision by post?
Cheers,
Lemon
