travelling to india on h1b with divorce case pending in court

Hi,
I wanted to know if a person won't be allowed to re-enter US or other country in transit when travelling from India on valid stamped H1B if he has court case pending in India

Specifically, there is divorce case pending against this person in an Indian court and if this person travels to India while case is still pending, can he be denied entry to US or transit airports and be sent back to India ?

I do not feel someone's travel will be restricted because of a Divorce case. Unless, there are criminal charges and Police / Court issues notices to not allow travel.

I am not sure, but i this is what i feel.
