H4 Visa to H1B VISA

Hi ,My H4 got stamped in April 2013,although am still working in India.
Now my H1B petition is approved.
So can the normal H1B process will work here ,as my employer will be following up on my H1B visa.

Your question is not clear.


Your H1B should have been approved as consular processing that means you have to go for a stamping if you want to travel and work in your h1.

Otherwise you can travel using your h4 (hoping it is valid and can travel until it is valid) and apply for change of status once you are here.
