Hi All,

I am going to get marry by jan..and my would be who is working in usa wants to initiate my h1b from usa a consultancy.i am working in tcs from 5 yrs,joined in xxx company as a bpo associate but later i moved to IT field.but in my offer letter its mentioned as bpo employee. and now i wanted to continue in IT field only. I heard that for h1 b u need to have a work experience of atleast 2 yrs in IT filed.so can i show bpo offer letter and work in IT filed? Will that create problem for H1b? any suggestion or solution please?

No..not really. Btw, Did you work as a tech support or non-tech? Anyways, you can include those experiences as well. That's what I did-
