Hi All,
I got my H-1B extension approved this October. I am visiting India on Nov 17. I and my fiance are doing a court marriage on Nov 19. I have already filled out the DS-160 and got an OFC appointment on Nov 18 and a visa interview date on Nov 22. So, my question : Is it fine if we both go for OFC before our marriage? If not then can I change the date? Also, I have read somewhere on forum here, that if we are getting married in court, then pics taken in the court should suffice during an interview.
