Is GAD attestation required for marriage certificate when applying for H4 visa?

I am from Hyderabad, India and I am applying for H4 visa for which a marriage certificate is required. My marriage is registered under Wakhf board, so do I need to get a GAD (General Administration Department) attestation for H4 visa approval?

My marriage is registered under wakhf board but I don't have GAD attestation on my certificate so is it neccesary because I have my interview next week and I am in a different city.
