Surname missing in my H1B Petition
Can someone pls guide me on this asap.
My given name on passport is YYYY and surname is YYYYY
My employer by mistake has filed my H1 petition with name YYYY only.
My petition has been approved and am on the verge of going for my stamping.
Can someone please let me know the troubles i may run into and also ways of handling them.
note: I have a cover letter from my employer stating that it was provided incorrect by them.
