Urgent help needed regarding H1B doc

Hi,

i am working for big MNC for about 1 year,before that i was with another MNC for about 1.1 year,before that i was with a small company for 3 months.this is work exp.My prob is i didnt get my exp lttr or relieving lettr from my first company since i got oppurtunity to th 2 second company through reference.
But i have added the 1st company exp in my profile, where i hav mentioned as 1 year.Will consulate do a through chk on all the past employments.My last two(inluding current) are fine and no problem.Kindly help me please.

Consulate is concerned on the present and prospective emplyers.
Ofcourse they may ask several Qs on your previous profile.
As long as they feel, you are honest and convincing, they wont do any verifications.
