I have an H1B which is expiring on Dec 06th (in 3 weeks). I've not used it so far. But I've a urgent requirement to travel now to US. Is it safe to travel so close (2-3 weeks) to the visa expiry? I plan to apply for my extension as soon as I reach US. My company is saying that I need to travel at my own risk i.e. there's a chance of both Indian & US Immigration to refuse my entry.
Anyone had any similar experiences, kindly advise.
