I need help regarding cap exempt.
My Case is as follows:
Company A filed H1 in 2007 got approved but employer didn't share any details . The person who filed is moved to another company, so he transferred the h1 and then shared the details to me . I got i797 for that valid from march 2008. My questions a are
1.will I be cap exempt or not?
2.first approval got for 2007,so 6 years calculate From oct2007 or from the transfer approval match 2008.
Please clarify and advice on this
