I-539 form filling and document required

Hello,

I am on h4 visa and my h4 visa getting expired in mid of January 2014.

My husband has already applied for his h1b extension through his employer and it is in pending status with USCIS.

I want to apply for my h4 extension based on my husbands pending petition.

What are the document I require???

I read on USCIS website that "a filing receipt nothing that a petition is pending with USCIS" is required. Can u please tell me which is that document I need to submit.

You will need to file form I-539 and check the box that says 'it is based on pending petition'.
Attach with it the following.

Copies of your passport, I-94 (both sides) and Visa if any.
Copies of your spouse's passport, I-94 (both sides), Visa, previous petition approval notice, extension petition receipt notice, recent paystubs (2 months).
Copy of your marriage certificate.
