Not sure if this is correct forum.
I work for an Indian company and am planning to change employer. The new employer is also an Indian company
How do I find if salary offered is correct - I checked net and for same positions/titles/job profiles, the salaries offered by these companies vary tremendously. I was referring to H1 filing data and same story there
I dont know anyone in new company. Any place where I can check?
