Need to know the "Process of getting I797 transfer"

I have a H1 visa stamped on my passport with employer A. Currently, in India and still have not gone to US.

I need to Get my H1 transferred to a new employer B from India itself.

Actually am try to find out during the whole process of getting approved new I797 from employer B, do I need to visit the chennai US embassy for any type of interview again ? (during visa stamping I already faced one to one interview in US chennai embassy office).

I 797 is approved by USCIS, you as such need not go for a new stamping.
