Need Urgent Help. no Original Degree available , only Provisional certificate

Hi,

I have my H1B Visa Interview on Dec 12/2013. I presently do not have my Original Degree from my B.Tech but have a Provisional certificate which I used for my F student VISA Interview as well as when I acquired admission into my MS university here in the US. now I'm worried if I need my Original Degree from my B.Tech anyway to attend the H1B stamping interview. is Provisional Certificate sufficient or do i HAVE to HAVE an OD?

By the way, I do have my OD from my Master's University here.
