Hi All,
I have a query regarding H4 visa validity
My wife went to India on a vacation in Aug 2013 and here visa expired on Sep 2013. So now she woulg be going for a visa interview this month end and planning to return back in Jan 2014
So if my wife gets her stamping completed this month end and if I change my company before she comes here,will her H4 visa stamped would be valid or else she need to go for a stamping again after I get by my H1 transferred to new employee and then travel..
Can some one please advice here
