My husband's H1B extension has been applied on 15th April 2013 is in still in "initial review" status.The current processing time is still 10th April.Meanwhile we have an interview scheduled for my mother in dec for visitor visa.can we send the old 797 for the interview or should we wait for the extension.Kindly suggest.Quick responses would be of great help.
