Hello there,
My wife is currently on H4 and she is planning to pursue her MS here in the US. Once she applies for I20 and F1, is it mandatory that she has to get the F1 VISA stamped? If so, would she have to goto India or can she go elsewhere? Like Mexico, Canada?
Please advice.
