Hi,
I have a valid H1B visa till 7th Feb, 2014., filed by my employer for client A. Stamping is done and I am still in India. I have moved to other project(client B) in the same company and filed a non-premium petition for visa amendment as there is a change in client and location. That visa amendment petition is still under process. Now I got to know there is no onsite assignment in client B project, So I am moving back to old project(Client A). I need few clarifications on this.
1. Is visa amendment required as there is no change in client information and location from original petition?
2. If required, can I file one more visa amendment petition as other petition is still pending with USCIS?
