Unused H1 VISA which is expired can i reuse

Hi

I have lost my passport which had a h1 b stamped which was expired in 2011 , I just have a photo copy of that passport .

Now i have a new passport ,
1.I wanted to know is it possible to use the expired visa . ?
2. Since i have changed company is it transferable ?
3. I just have the stamping and no relative documents

can any one please let me know am i still eligible to use this visa .

For someone to revive an expired H1B, he/she should have maintained active H1B status somewhere in the last 6 years. Some more clarity is required in regards to when was the visa issued to you.

I am sorry, i am not clear with your queries. Please mention where you are right now. What visa did / do you have? What is your current status?

I am currently in india , when I was with Comapny A i got H1 - visa stamped in the year 2008.

Visa expiry was on May 2011 , The passport on which Visa stamping was happened i have lost it .

I have never utilized the H1 visa , so my question was can i get this h1 transfer from company B ?
