Hello,
I was with employer A on L1B Visa and recently I transferred my old expired H1B to employer B. I joined employer B after receiving H1B receipt notice and started working for the employer B immediately. My H1B approved after 2 and half months.
For this 2 and half month my employer B run paychecks manually(not used ADP). My question is, can employer B legally run the pay checks for me during this period? because my H1 was in transfer process and was not yet approved. Please clarify me my doubts.
