Home land security department was not able to verify my wife's H1 documents.

My wife was in H4 visa, As she wants to work in USA. my wife applied for H1 via a consultancy firm on April'13 and she got her H1 notice approval on June 27 2013.
After that I have changed my employer in the month of july 2013 so the new employer has transfered my H1B and my wife's H4, got approval notice on July 19th 2013.

Now when we went to apply for SSN for my wife, We were said that Home land security department was not able to verify my wife's H1 documents.

Will my wife's H1 get overrided with H4 visa back? If yes, how can I get her H1 status active?

Any kind of suggestion would be helpful.

Has the H1 transfer and H4 for your spouse approved? When did the approval happen? Did you both get the H1 and H4 new I-94?

Yes mine and my wife H1 & H4 transfer got approved on july 19th 2013 and we got new H1 & H4 1-94 also.
