H1B transfer eligibilty criteria

Hi Experts,

I have H1B visa stamped recently but not travelled yet.

So am I eligible for H1B transfer with any new employer in case if I shift from my current employer.

Can you please let me know.

Technically there is nothing called a "transfer". What you can do is provide the existing H1 receipt/approval notice to any new employer(merely providing existing visa stamp copy will not be enough) and they can use that to file a cap exempt H1 petition with immediate start date , once the new H1 petition is approved, you can use that to travel using existing visa and work for the new company.
