H4 Visa Stamping: Date on Employment Verification Letter

Hi

For the H4 Stamping, I have received the employment verification letter, however the letter is dated Nov 11th due to the holidays going on and had to be issued earlier.

The Stamping is on December 3rd week. Will the date on Employment Verification have any issue since this is almost 1 month old at the time of visa stamping.

Please advice.
