H1B Transfer in INDIA

Hi Admins. i got my H1B vaild for another 2 yrs and is been processed by company A and i am in INDIA never travelled to USA . now i am moving to company B. Is it possible to transfer H1B to company B ?

Yes, B or any other company can file a cap-exempt petition for you. They will need the receipt number or approval notice copy from the previous petition.
