My H1B got approved and valid till 30th April 2014. I am planning to travel in 3rd week of Jan 2014.
Is there any rule saying minimum 120 days of visa validity must to cross Post of Entry?
Will it be an issue to enter into US?

I dont think there is any such rule. What will most likely happen is that you would get I-94 only till April-30-2014 and would need to file extension request before that.
